The obverse of the third Statue of Liberty Centennial medal is the same on all four. It shows Liberty with light coming from her torch standing in front of the New York City skyline. The reverse shows Castle Clinton with small ships in the foreground  commemorating Lafayette's visit in 1824. In the small shield, you can see General Winfield Scott, commander during the War of 1812.
