The obverse of the first Statue of Liberty Centennial medal is the same on all four. It shows Liberty with light coming from her torch standing in front of the New York City skyline. The reverse shows Federal Hall, the first Capitol of the United States. The large depiction is what Federal Hall looked like in 1965. In the small shield, you can see what Federal Hall looked like in 1789.
